Why focus on employee wellbeing?

How I can help

Implementing a workplace wellbeing strategy can feel daunting. Particularly if this is a developing area for your organisation or your managers feel they lack experience in creating a holistic wellbeing strategy. 

I work with schools, colleges and businesses in the north east of England to produce a wellbeing strategy that will help embed a positive workplace wellbeing culture.  Through conversations with your senior leadership team and opportunities to engage with your employees, I can identify what is having the greatest impact on employee wellbeing. 

I will then work with you to implement cost-effective solutions that address your employees’ needs and match your business ethos. Following implementation of your workplace wellbeing strategy I will build in ways to review and monitor its impact within your business.
